However, on first glance, sports live betting offer looked a little poor. But that’s not really an issue as it’s a 24/7 service and when we tested it, they responded straight away with knowledgeable answers. However, when we asked, BUFF.bet also told us that there was a support email ([email protected]) that could be used as well. Normally, we’d want to see as many ways to contact the site as possible, but the lack of a phone number is no real issue given that the live chat works so well.

The other thing we always like to see to support customers is a great help or FAQ section but the one here has a mere 18 questions, covering the very basics and not much more.

As an international betting site, payment options at BUFF.bet are slightly more complicated with regional restrictions and different payment methods offered for different countries. However, there’s still a plentiful selection available to most punters here at BUFF.bet, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, YandexMoney, ecoPayz, QIWI Wallet), pre-paid cards (paysafecard, Klarna) and bank transfers. There’s no issue with processing times (most deposits instant, withdrawals within three business days) and we couldn’t fault the minimum EUR 5 deposit (or currency equivalent) and minimum EUR 15 withdrawal. However, high-rollers might find the maximum withdrawal of EUR 3,000 every 30 days too restrictive.
